  1. I recently recieved a gift certificate for 20 units of Botox (Humane Society Chocoholics Silent Auction). This will be my first time to receive Botox treatments.

My question is…Do you accept health insurance? I have BC/BS Federal. I have a scar on my face from an accident approximately one year ago(I was informed this would be covered by insurance). Also, I had bariatric surgery in 2004. I lost over 100 lbs. I am interested in exploring both a thigh and arm lift.

Lastly, can I make an appointment for the botx injections? It would be great if I can get in on 2/20/2012.

Any information you provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,
    Pam

    • Dear Pamela,

Congratulations on receiving the gift certificate for Botox!! To answer your question unfortunately we do not take insurance and the plastic surgeon we work with does not accept insurance either. May I say that I am proud of your weight loss and understand the need for this surgery that you are requesting information about. Your bariatric surgeon should be able to refer you to their collaborating physician. At this time I don’t know of any surgeons in Little Rock or Arkansas that will take insurance for that procedure since it is considered cosmetic. If you elect to go through with the procedure I highly recommend Dr. Michael Devlin. Please feel free to call us for more details. Unfortunately our first available appointment will not be until the end of February….contact us a 501-329-SKIN (7546) and we will get you schedule for your Botox.

      Thank You,

      Susan
